Do you supply staff during the party?
Yes there will be a member of our fantastic Bouncy Fun Play party team in the hall to welcome you on arrival, show you where everything is, and present throughout your whole party to ensure the party runs smoohtly and answer any questions.
Please note our Staff Member is on hand to help and ensure safety rules are followed. They are not supervisors or responsible for the children whilst playing, there must be at least 5 adults inside the hall supervising at all times.
Who can play on the inflatables?
We recommend a age limit of 11 years, maximum height 152cm. Users larger than this are not permitted on the inflatables to bounce or play.
ADULTS ARE NOT PERMITTED to jump, bounce or slide on the inflatables. But they are welcome to assist smaller children/babies/toddlers where necessary.
Can children wear Spectacles when playing?
Due to Health & Safety Law and our Insurance requirements we strongly recommend removing spectacles when playing on the inflatables. If a child cannot see sufficiently / play safely without glasses there is the option for the child's parent to sign a Disclaimer. Please go to our Terms & Conditions Page for details.
Can i speak to someone about my party?
Yes of course you can. The booking process is all done online. But feel free to call or email us using the contact details on this website.
Can i visit the venue before i book?
Unfortunately not. We are in selected venues on specific dates and not set up every day. When we are at the venue we are completely focused on setting up the room ready for the parties and being on hand for our customer. There will be children present all day. Therefore it is not fair or feasible for outside visits when we are open for parties.
We do regular Events open to the Public in the venues we operate our parties, so you can buy a ticket and bring your children along to one of our events to get a feel for it and chat to us.

Can I decorate the Venue?
Yes you may bring table cloths, balloons, and a few banners. But please note you are NOT permitted to use celotape or blue tack, WHITE TACK only. You must also keep decorating to a minimum to meet the rules of the venues we use.
We do not supply table cloths, cutlery, plates etc
Yes we supply a Hot Water Urn for your party free of charge.
You are welcome to bring your own tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc. You also MUST buy the insulated non spill lidded cups for hot drinks.
For £20 extra we can supply you ; 40 x non spill cups, plus unlimited Coffee, Tea, Sugar and Milk. All ready to go and keep the Adults happy during the party. Please book with us beforehand.
How many children can i invite?
We recommend between 20 - 40 children. Our total maximum number of children playing at a party is 45 children. Anymore than this we cannot guarantee a table place and seat for the party food. Otherwise castles could become overcrowded.
Can we bring cake & party bags?
Yes of course.
Is the venue exclusive to my childs party?
Yes it is indeed. The whole party hall is yours for the party time booked.
You have 30 minutes before the party starts to bring your party bits into the hall and set up your food etc.
Please note you must vacate the party area and sports hall at the end of your party time promptly to allow the next party to enter.
*There may be a few minutes cross over between 2 parties bringing things in, and taking things out. But there is no disruption to the Children's play time.
Can I choose which castles are at the party?
Yes if you select the Deluxe or Platinum party package options, extra charges apply and can be found on the party page.
The Standard Party package does not allow you to choose.
But every package always includes 5 x Inflatables. Which is mad eup of at least 2 x Large Inflatables and 3 x Standard Inflatables.
Payments, when do i need to make them?
We ask for a non-refundable £100 booking payment.
The remaining balance is then payable 2 weeks before your party date.
We accept Card Payments online (not by phone) via 'Paypal Card Services'' and can email you a link. We also accept bank transfer
Can i bring my own Party Food?
Yes of course you can. We do not offer food with our parties so please bring your own. We strongly recommend not going too mad on the food. As children will be jumping, bouncing, and dancing around so they won't want to sit still for too long and they may feel sick if they eat too much.
Do i need to bring party games as well?
There is lots and lots to do in the party hall. There will be such a great range of bouncers, slides, ride ons and more for the children to do. Making them stop having fun to play a game really isn't necessary or recommended.
Do you supply Music and what Music is it?
Yes we do. There will either be music playing in the hall itself, or inside one of our Disco Bouncy Castles. The disco music is a mix of pop, chart hits and popular kids favourites. No explicit songs are played.
Is there anything for Babies & Toddlers to do?
Yes we provide a small matted area with some soft play and animal hoppers. Toddlers are also welcome to bounce on the castles with similar sized children, just please be aware of older/larger children. Must supervise the children playing.
Will there be didi cars at the party?
The answer is YES if your party is at Rossmore Leisure Centre, Ashdown Leisure Centre or Poole High School.
Unfortunately its a NO if your party is at Bourne Academy Bournemouth, the floor is not suitable for didi cars, so we supply extra hoppers instead.
Is there plenty of Parking at the venue?
Yes, all our venues have very large car parks with FREE parking. Sometimes the car parks can fill up depending on events happening in the venue. So you may park slightly further away on occasions but within a very short walking distance.
Are you a big Corporate Company?
No we are not. We are a local family run business working together to make your party great.
The Parties are run by the Owner 'Tash' and she will often be your Staff member on the day. We also have 'Helen' who is the Bouncy Fun Play Manager, and 'Steve' the Operations Manager.
