Bouncy Fun Play Parties Further Information and Terms & Conditions:
We provide the venue with plenty of tables, chairs and party room. Fridge and kitchen facilities are not available but you can have access to water and washing up area. The Party venue is a large hall that would include a minimum of 2 large inflatables this would be a combination of two of the following; assault course fun run, super slide, pirate ship, crocodile activity castle, disco dome, disco cube, jurassic dinosaur plus 3 x children’s bouncy castles, soft play toddler area, hopper area, and music. You just bring your party food and balloons if you so wish. Hot & cold drinks - we will supply a kettle or hot water urn for you to use, so please bring your own coffee, tea, mugs, cups etc as required. We cna supply insulated non spill cups for use in the hall, these cna be purchased for 20p each. Unlimited Hot Drinks & Cups can be supplied by us for £20.00 We have staff on hand at the venue to help supervise, assist you and ensure your party runs smoothly. However please at least 3 responsible adults must be present inside the sports hall to also supervise the children and ensure they are well behaved. You can enter the venue no sooner than 25 minutes before your party start time.
The whole party venue area will be exclusive to you, there is no entry from the public. The maximum amount of
children is recommended at 45 children at Bournemouth. There will be a small soft play area for ages 0 - 3 years of age only. You will also have 25 minutes before to set up. Please note you must take
your rubbish home. The booking fee is non refundable once paid. The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of the actual party date. Cancellation of the party less than 14 days notice
requires full payment.
Bouncy Fun Play / Get Up and Bounce Events & Parties - 2018 Updated - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Some of the play equipment has an age limit, please read all safety signs ensure no one over this age uses equipment.
No food or drinks to be consumed on the equipment. (to avoid choking & mess).
Shoes, badges, jewellery, (large earings, necklaces etc.) MUST be removed. Spectacles must also be removed.
No Dogs near or on the equipment, No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or "silly string" must be used near or on the equipment, as they can permanently stain the unit.
No smoking near or on the equipment, and DO NOT get the equipment wet/dirty with hose pipes or water pistols etc. as this will incur a £25 cleaning and drying out charge per inflatable.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls & climbing up slides is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
A responsible adult (over 18 years) must supervise your child using any equipment at all times.
Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of users. If the users are colliding into each other then it is too crowded and you should not allow your child to join the other users.
Avoid large & small users mixing on the equipment at same time. Children require strict supervision.
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step of the castle. It is there to help users get on and off.
Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed to use the equipment.
Do not allow users to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation.
Swing Cars - recommended for children aged 3 years and over. Do Not allow children to crash into each other or drive too quickly. Inform children to keep feet on the car at all times. Indoor User Only.
Animal Hoppers and Hoppers - recommended to be used by children aged 3 years and over, however with strict adult supervision younger children can use them safely.
Please note you are NOT allowed to use silly string, face paints or party poppers, or undertake any activities within the venue that can cause a nuisance, mess or that could be considered dangerous.
We have the right to refuse entry or ask parents, guests or children to leave if the rules on the safety information boards are not followed or you are rude or threatening to any staff members or other guests. If you are planning to have your child's party at one of our public events (not an actual paid party session) you must contact us first. This is allowed but you are NOT permitted to light candles, move tables, chairs, set up a buffet area, create party food seating areas or anything else that is party venue related. We also cannot guarantee all your guests will fit into the session. You cannot reserve spaces or seats.
You are also not permitted to book an entertainer or outside company without first gaining written permission from us beforehand.
Wearing Spectacles at Private Parties - Our insurance policy does not cover us to allow users to wear spectacles whilst playing on inflatables or bouncy castles. Glasses can be broken/shattered and therefore at worst leave a child blind. If the spectacles fell off and broke they could also cause injury to other children using the inflatable, which may mean you we have to shut down and remove inflatable due to possibility of broken glass or small pieces. Therefore we must adhere to the rules we have been set and ask all users to remove their glasses. It is highly recommend you ask all parents/users to follow this rule as well. If a parent or person over 18 years who is responsible for the user is adamant the child cannot remove their glasses as ‘they cannot see well enough to bounce safely’ then they must sign the disclaimer on the day to take full responsibility for any injuries caused due to the spectacles
Wearing Spectacles at Public Events - Spectacles cannot be worn and MUST be removed. There is no option to sign a disclaimer. Our events are often attended by hundreds of users therefore it is not viable to ask permission from all other users at each event. If users wear a pair of 'Sports Safe Prescription Goggles' that have toughened plastic lenses, and rubber to hold them on around the head we are happy to allow you to bounce and play whilst wearing them.
Please note that all persons using the equipment in this Play Centre do so at their own risk. Get Up and Bounce have reduced any potential risks greatly as they take all available steps to reduce the risks involved. The person/organisation playing on the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Damage to equipment must be paid for in full. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the Parents & Users to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
SAFETY IS OUR MAIN PRIORITY
As a company we have Public Liability Insurance covering this equipment. All our inflatables are annually tested as per the Legal Requirements and hold a valid RPII or PIPA Certificate. We undertake thorough checks regularly on our hire items to reduce any risks.
We have risk assessments available for all our equipment upon request.

General Terms & Conditions:
All parents and children must adhere to the rules and signs within the venue. Our staff are on hand to help, assist and instruct. Please listen carefully and follow our instructions. Copies of our public liability insurance, risk assessments, safety instructions at our centres can be shown on request and are available to view in the hall on entry. You use the equipment at your own risk and will only use the equipment if you are in a fit and healthy position to do so. All equipment is checked daily for safety, and all inflatables are annually RPII or PIPA tested.
Parents can assist their babies and children on the equipment, but please do not jump, bounce or flip on the inflatables.
No shoes to be worn on inflatables.
Users are not permitted to wear Spectacles on inflatables, it is safety risk to themselves and other users. This is a legal and insurance requirement. Please inform any guests that glasses will need to be removed in order to play.
We ask all children and parents to respect each other and the equipment at Bouncy Fun Play. If you find yourself in a conflict with another parent or child please report the incident to us. We would like to keep the group as relaxed and friendly as we can.
We are a friendly and approachable team so please ask us for any help and if you have any questions.
If you find any broken or damaged equipment please report to a member of staff.
You must supervise your children at all times and stay on the premises.
Please sign in on arrival and sign out when leaving.
In the event of a fire alarm sounding, please leave the building immediately and listen carefully to the instructions given by staff. Do not enter the building until told to do so.
Minimum of 12 children on a Friday, maximum of 35 children per party booking. You can confirm exact numbers 7 days before your party. All party children must be paid for if playing and/or eating.
We only accept birthday parties hosted by us at our venues. You are welcome to come along to us on your birthday and celebrate your child's special day. However please note you cannot bring your own food (essential baby food allowed), birthday cake, candles, decorations, games etc. You will kindly be asked to leave.
We ask for a 50% booking fee when confirming your party, the remaining balance is then payable on the day. If cancelled within 6 weeks of the party date it is non refundable and includes cancellation of any booking for any reason. Or cancelled more than 6 weeks beforehand 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
Once we have confirmed numbers this will be the minimum charge payable on the day, if less children/babies arrive to the party we are not able to reduce the cost. This is due to booking the required number of staff for the day and also the cost of buying and preparing the food. However if you have a few extra's on the day we usually prepare slightly more food than needed, and can add to the cost at the end of your party.
The venue party hall is exclusive to you. You are allowed to decorate and cover tables etc as you wish. But do not use tape or blue tack on any walls or other areas of the venue. Kitchen facilities will be avaialble to you. You may arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your party
time slot to set up and prepare. You also have 30 minutes after your party time to pack away and clear up. The venue must be left as it was when you arrived. All tables, food preparation areas and
floors must be cleared up and cleaned where appropriate. Charges between £25 - £50 will be made if you do not clear away in time for the next party slot. You must have left the venue within the 30
minute time period. It is your responsibility to take care of the hall during the party, any breakages or damages by yourself or guests must be paid for in full. It is also your responsibility to
look after guests under 18 years of age.
To secure your booking date you must pay a 50% non refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is then payable 7 days before your party date.
